buono of japanese mashroom!

hi there,

hope you all doing fine and enjoying blooming  of cherry  blossam,

one of these JAPANESE would be very proud of to have.

 

few days ago, was given japanese mashroom which as huge as my hand

by on of assistant,MS SHION

she told me how to cook them is super and it will give me a lot of happiness of

marriage with white wine.

 

 

1st, you cut off the tale of mashrooms  and chopped in pieces

2nd put mayonaise  with ICHI=MI and mix them, ( there are japanese seasoning, it works very    well woth SOBA, or UDON ) on the rest of mash

3rd    put 1st on 2nd and grilled for few minites

4th  open up white wine and relax ,watch some fave films on your confy sofa woth

grilled japanese mashrooms.

 

 

so far, as working at salon,talking with many clients,

they gave me a lot of informations of cooking.

yes,I’m hair-dresser who should inform or give sme adovice of

how dealing with hair,scalp,whatsoever.

but,wouldn’t it be good to tell you that

we are learning a lot of things by very loved clients,for such a looooong time and

of course by assistants as well.

 

 

soon April to come.

April is the bigining of   new fresh year to be started.
